En ce 1er avril 2023 se tenait la première édition du Cryptic Fest à la Clef de Saint-Germain-en-Laye, petit festival 100 % black metal et un premier très bon cru avec quatre excellents groupes, tout d’abord DECLINE OF THE I devenu un incontournable du post-black metal français, ASAGRAUM, formation Néerlandaise de talent 100 % féminin, …AND OCEANS, combo Finlandais surfant dans un black symphonique très démarqué des plus connus du genre, et une tête d’affiche de choix avec les pionniers du black metal français, SETH.
